There isn't enough air pressure for the chute to open. Tying a bunch of rubber bands around their ankles and afixing them to the rain gutters should keep them safe enough.

I don't see why not. I believe that children these days become too dependent on their parachutes. What are we really teaching them? That if they fall off the roof their parachutes won't open in time and will cause possible life threatening injuries?

I say get rid of the chutes, let the children learn that if they fall off the roof and break their necks at least we didn't spend hard earned cash on useless parachutes. It will let them know that we'd rather spend our money on booze and ding-dongs, then buy them **** they'll never use.

It is OK if they are smoking then let them play.
Hey I know a good game you can play with them. If you have a bow and arrows. Take it out side and as they are on the roof. Play catch the arrow. Make it even harder tell them to catch it on there mouths.

The Magic 8 Ball says, "enable them devour cake." Whoever knew the Magic 8 Ball might want to be channeling an 18th Century French monarch? yet I digress. definite, truly, enable them frolic footloose and fancy loose. regulations are for clowns, no longer children. besides, in the journey that they are injured, or lose any eye, you'd be up for Father of the year honors back. satisfied searching.
