if it were between 12 inches and 7 inches.....I would choose 7
If it were between 7 inches and 2 inches I would choose the 7
I think the ultimite answer to this question is that size doesn't matter unless it is an extreem diveation from the norm.

It depends because the guy could have a large one but doesnt know hoe to work it. but alot of guys with smaller ones know how to so i would go with the one who is the freakiest and knows what hes doing.
