I am quite tall (5.8 - I think, or 171cm), My current weight is 85Kg (quite heavy). I have always eated healthy - meaning - lots of fruits and vegetables, avoiding sweets, sugar etc etc.

I will be swimming intensively every day for 1-1,5 hours, doing laps with small breaks.

u will lose many kilos i was swimming everyday in summer and i was 48kg!!but be carefull.i stopped swimming for a while and i put some kilos again.i start swimming again too :)!

It all depends on how your metabolism works. I'm on a swim team and we swim intesnsively for 2 hours each day and a half hour of laps before. And still, the most I've lost in a week is 2.5 pounds.

maybe like 30-40 lbs plus eat less.
