Gun laws do not work becuase they do not address the real issue. PEOPLE who think they can do anything they want, were spanked enough, di too many drugs, something.
It is people who do the acts. Guns, clubs, knives, fire, bombs; those are just tools. Take one tool away, they will use another. Like some have already said, Gun Control laws are just "Feel Good" legislation. They give the zealots something to yammer about while out on the campaign so the can court a few extra votes and avoid addressing real issues.

Gun control laws are to restrictive right now, but they will be much worse if we allow hillary clinton to become president. She wants a total ban. Check out her voting record at the link below. Laws obviously don't work with people who break them. Besides, guns are inanimate. They are incapable of harm.

Gun control laws are a total waste of time. I am a peace officer and have been since 1982. Gun laws are just a way to make everyone feel better about society's ills. I think everyone EXCEPT those convicted of felonies should have guns, even so-called "assault Weapons". Thanks for hearing me out.

new gun laws are just a feel good soapbox-there are LOADS of gun laws on the books-if those laws were strictly enforced by the letter of the law(mandatory sentencing,fines,etc.) we wouldn't "need" new laws.plea bargains and revolving door justice is what makes the laws impotent.banning guns does nothing to solve crime-just ask our brothers in the U.K. or Canada.

Here is one I have heard and seen many times. I agree with it, perhaps you do also. "When guns are outlawed, only outlaws will have guns". I, myself, and quite fond of having a gun around just in case. Here is another one along the same lines. "It's better to have a gun and not need it, than to need a gun and not have one". Always store your weapon in a safe and responsible manner!

Gun laws are not good.. everyone has a right to bear arms.. if you ban them from citizens only the criminals will have them!

People commit crimes, an inanimate object, like a gun, can do NOTHING on its own.
