how to make a watery background in powerpoint 2003?

i want my chosen pictur be faint in the background of my master slide
can anyone help me?

I found a handy little tool that you can add watery effects to easily with a couple of clicks of your mouse. It's freeware:

It is a lot of fun to use!

You can find a picture of a background that you would like by searching in Google or Yahoo and then seva that picture as whatever....then you can copy and paste that picture in your slide as your background. :)
