No they don't all slobber uncontrollably! Dogs with undershot jaws like boxers and bulldogs have a tendency to slober more, as do those with droopy jowels and lips like St Bernards and Bloodhounds.
A safer bet breed is one with a neater jaw line like a jack russell terrier or a border collie.
Most dogs when hot will pant and dribble a bit and some dogs salivate a lot more when they are excited or stressed but I guess the slobbering you are worried about is the slimey shoe string effect?!
Its a bit of a risk as each dog is different but chose your breed carefully and you should have a problem!

Yes they all slobber. Some more than others. If you dont like slobbers dont go for a breed with big jowls ie Great Dane, St Bernard. Go for a smaller breed such as a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel or Pomeranian. Although some smaller breeds such as Lhasa apsos do slobber. I should know, I'm a groomer and they do enough slobbering on me.

Buy a Yorkshire Terrier, They dont Moult, slobber or smell. I had mine for 18 years before she died last year. In all the time I had her she didnt cost me anything in vets bills, except when she had her first injections as a puppy. She was the best dog I had ever had the great pleasure of owning.

Don't get a Mastiff!!!!!!!!!!! They drool like crazy. But, sadly, yes ever dog slobers. It is really just like out spit. Not all dogs let it drool out of their mouth, unless they are hot.

It is normally soft jowled dogs that slobber the most, ie gun dogs. My old English Setter slobbered for the UK.

All dogs slobber when they pant. They have to pant so they slobber. That is why I don't want a dog. Plus they lick your face.
