A 5'11 gal can carry a lot more weight and wear a larger size than a shorter girl. I'm 5'10" and at about 175lbs I am a size 10-12. I look thin at that size actually. It also depends on how broad your bone structure is.

Jeans size - between size 6 and size 10 would be good.
A good weight would be between 135lb and 175lb. HTH : )
