$ It is good for someone who is being treated by chemicals for cancer. My second cousin once removed used it. It keeps you going to the toilet on a regular basis. Taking a dump will be better than the runs, even though it comes out like little black marbles.

Yes, I have heard that Reliv has nutritional benifits. I tried Reliv for menopause , but it has too much "soy" in it for me. I had to stop taking it. My mother was on it for different reasons. She has since stopped taking it. It was not doing what it said it would, so she quit taking it. I think, 5 months is plenty of time, to see if something will work or not. In my opinion, if it is not doing what you think it should, I would stop taking it. There is another product out there that is called "Tunguska"Blast. Or "T-Blast " for short. It is a nutritional drink. It comes in liquid and they even have snack bars. If you are interested in this, You can write me and I will give you a site to order. Good luck to ya.
