Well, thats totally not God. God wont have that characteristic.
If its apply to a leader.. definitely that leader has been called as "Psycho".
u dont have to look far, if a father blamed his daughter and purposely make the daughter suffer because of her mistakes, and blame all his other kids because of her and have to kill his own beloved son to forgive his other kids... thats a maniac!!!
cant see any mercy in that father.
actually, pagans love to think that way.... Christians religion practicals is based on Roman-greek pagan religions, but just apply Jesus name in it.
