You can keep track of the date and the time for a month then make a complaint with your phone service provider and turn over the log to them. They'll prosecute the person. You won't need to do anything else.

Call your police department and report this as harrassment. They have a system to track the caller, but they need you to work with them. they will advise you that the next time you get the harrassing call, you dial *90 (star + 90) or *50 , some number like that - then they take it from there. My neighbor told me about that , they were in the same situation.

HA HA! i had someone do this to me for 4 months. it was a girl who was a friend of a guy that dumped me. here is what i did. The company i worked for had caller ID. and this caller ID bypassed the blocked number feature. So when she called my cell it showed up restricted. so i forwarded my calls to my office desk. up popped her number. everytime she called me....i called her back. then i reported her to the police. then i told all of our we knew mutually that i was pressing charges against her.

she called me again and this time claimed it was her nephew that was doing this and she was so sorry. (she lived in Texas and her nephew was in bakersfield). so yes, it can be done. without changing your number. just find a friend that has a company caller ID and forward your calls to their number. you can still answer your own calls, but you can send the crank calls directly by not answering. and just have your friend or whoever take note of the number.

Next time the person calls ask them to please stop calling you..if they will not then you can consider it harrassment and call the police and your cellular company to report it and they should be able to track the caller for you...it is your phone and you should not have to change your number because of someone else being disrespectful.

if the number is block there is nothing you can do. what I do is not answer if the party blocks there number or name. let the answering machine answer. if the number comes up and I don't know anyone with that number, that is what the answering machine is for. if you are afraid let the police know about it and they will tell you what to do

see if it will save and put ? in name. then don't answer. or hit *67 or find the redial on your service. say don't call again, please and hang up.
if sure same one and doesn't stop.report it to the operator.as harassing. every state has different laws. fed ones are through FCC.gov
maybe you can get call blocking on unidentified numbers with your phone service? call your service.
good luck
