New England Pot Roast with Gravy
Everything is in one pot (even "Autumn's" colors), you smell it cooking for 3-4 hours, and it's warm and filling. An hour or two later, you've got that sleepy feeling...

i admire the candy heady heady scent of the fall breeze, the leaves blowing out of the wood like rain, snuggling in heat coats and throws on an analogous time as observing the 1st soccer video games of the season and ingesting warm cocoa or espresso to maintain the nippiness away, making waiting the gardens and the residing house to stand as much as an prolonged, chilly wintry climate forward, throwing on a heavier blanket interior the direction of the nighttime and falling right into a deep, restful close eye till the warmth sunlight awakens me somewhat later each morning.

Cabbage Rolls. A long time favorite. My mother would make this about twice a year. Why? well because tastes great and brings back memories of yesteryear. I make it exactly as she did, just more often.
