I don't eat trans fat sometimes a few and i try to not eat late at night/beore bed but I don't know? I drink around 4 glasses of water a day. I nedd motavation or some words of wisdom.

There is no specific exercise for ANY area of the body.Exercising a specific muscle group does not cause fat metabolism there.

Dividing your caloric intake into 5-6 meals a day will help tremendously.This mitigates insulin activity thus less fat deposition.
I hope you can find time to do at least some of this.I guarantee it will work.Try to exercise in the morning before work.That's what I do and there's a wealth of benefits.

Do you enjoy walking..
take more stairs than elevators..
if you can manage it, walk in the morning, or after work.. go to the mall and walk if you feel unsafe doing this close to home, or get some friends together so you won't be alone..
South Beach is a good diet..expensive at first.. but does work.
when house cleaning, dance! Dance while doing dishes.. avoid dishwasher. Just get your body into motion..
Eat regular - breakfast - mid morning snack? - lunch - snack - dinner - late snack.. make things light, small portions. Female 1500 calories/Males 1800? calories..
Weight gain can help you achieve becoming a Diabetic (type 2 here) - heart/stroke.. death.
Drinking water is wonderful! Drink when thirsty though..
Luv.. you can do it! Why?? Because living healthy is far better than living too close to death..

There are numerous things you can do...

Get up a 1/2 hour earlier and go for a walk
Take stairs whenever possible and take a 15 mintue walk at lunch
Get a pet to take walking when you get home so you'll have an excuse
I've said it before - the best motivation is yourself and how good you want to fee - give it 3 weeks and you won't be too tired anymore

Drink more water. 8 cups is about what you should be drinking. Water can also give you more energy. If you're tired and don't feel like doing anything strenuous for excercise, just try walking up and down your stairs for five minutes. Take a five minute waterbreak, then do stairs again for five minutes. It's just enough to get your heart rate up and to work your muscles. But it's simple and you don't even have to do it for long. And always eat lots of fruits and vegetables.

You might think about trying The Movie Star Diet. I lost 50 pounds with it after only five months, and I couldn't be happier. I've tried a lot of different diets (Atkins, South Beach, and Weight Watchers, etc.) and none of them worked anywhere near as well as this one. It's definitely worth a shot if you really want to see a difference in a short time.

just walk the pounds off eat healthy drink alot of water believe me I know I lost 30 pounds in just 3 months u could lose up to 5 pounds per month if you jog or walk lift weights 3 times a week drink lots of water and eat healthy like veggies fruits and salads

Doing a little exercise does give you more energy. I found it very hard drinking water if you build your water intake gradually you will be drinking 8 glasses before you no it. walking or swimming are very good exercise for you. What ever you do will count.

I was too tired after work to excercise too. You should try to excercise in the early mornings. It works much better for me.
