I think that Muslims expect that will happen. I don't know about God/Allah making a comeback but they do expect that Jesus will.
So if Jesus makes a comeback, it might be as a Christian or it might be as a Muslim.
Alternately, the 'dark side' could be right this time and Jesus's body might be mouldering in his grave... :)

Allah and Jesus are not the same.
Jesus is a messenger sent by Allah. He will be back before the doomsday. He will complete his incomplete mission by killing Dajjal (Anti-Christ) and other evil people.
