Hundreds of years ago everyone thought it was 'up there'. Now we know that 'up there' is the rest of the universe - planets, stars, galaxies and so forth. So, where is heaven now?

What a lovely collection of non-answers and inane verbiage your question has attracted.

The answer, of course, is that heaven is where it always was - in the imaginations of those foolish enough to believe the indoctrination and lies they have been fed, and those lacking the critical faculties to question their presumptions...

That depends on your definition of "heaven". The "heavens" is a term used to refer to that which we see in the sky - planets, stars, galaxies, etc. "Heaven" as the mythological place of fluffy clouds and angels playing harps, does not exist, but the residential abode of God, sometimes called "Heaven" or "Paradise" is an actual location. However, it is outside of time and space so it can't exactly be pointed to with a direction. Notwithstanding that it is outside of time and space, Paradise is the geographical center of infinity. We take too much time fighting over the little details about individual religions, the name and face of the different Gods we worship, but we don't see the bigger pictue.
The fact that we worship the same God, we just visualize him dfferent than our neighbors. Give him a different name. But we still fight over the small details.

Heaven is a place, wherever you put it, that people hold true to the expression, "do unto your neighbors as you would have them do unto you."

Christians: would you have your neighbor completely bash your religion, and renounce everything you stood for while they tell you you arwe infact worshiping the devil. So why do you do it to others? (retorical guestion)

I'm not so sure heaven is a physical place. If it were, we could theoretically build a rocket ship and get there. Heaven must exist in a spiritual realm coexisting with the physical. Wherever it is, I think the belief that it's there is more important to where it's location is.

Read John, and revelations in the Bible, John was the last disciple alive and was exiled to the isle of potmous, where he had a revelation he was told to write down, and it describes what will happen, we will go to Gods New Kingdom, The Mesiah will return to fight off the anti-christ and all the nations, read it, it is interesting, and all of Gods prophesies are fulfilled, there is so much evidence, so this is our look into what will come.

I believe the bible states that the kingdom of heaven is all around you, and attainable now. No death required. Just can't remember the verse since I haven't studied the judeo-christian mythologies in a long time.

In my faith, many of us believe in several different realms. So there is no 'up there' or 'down there', really. It's just 'over there'.

Heaven didn't go ANYWHERE. It is a demension, which exsits in conjunction with ours. The difference is, God is in it (ergo, out of time and able to know all, see and and not have to make us do anything) and we can only get there by our faith in Jesus. Jesus said, "The Kingdom of God is at hand." It is here, our sinful ways just don't allow us to see it.

Heaven is any religious ideal but not budhist who only said heaven is anywhere if you are feeling good. Such as 60 degree C is good to most of people but not for feeling cool people.
Space and time is not exceeding being sences.
