Strange as it may seem we have used tower scaffolding to build bank of servers and concomitant wiring linked to an international computer system. So if your computer is a big as a small semi-detached then yes.

Judging by the answers you have received so far,i would say there are a lot of comedians on here.or should i say would be comedians,however back to your question,i myself would say no you do not need scaffolding,a block and tackle probably but not scaffolding,well you did ask a silly question
