Check your states lemon laws. There may be something you can still do about it.

Return it quick if it has been under 48 hours....it all depends on what state you live ....I live in Maryland so the below list website said "The Maryland Lemon Law covers vehicles that have a significant non-conformity which can not be fixed after a reasonable number of repair attempts (normally four). or a serious braking or steering problem which can't be fixed after the first try. The nonconformity must occur in the first 15 months of ownership or 15,000 miles, whichever comes first. The MD Lemon Law also covers vehicles that have been out of service 30 or more days within the first 15 months.

Also, get a lawyer....

If your state has a lemon law, and you have taken your NEW vehicle back to the dealer the required number of times for the SAME problem which has not been fixed, you can look into returning the vehicle. But check to make sure your state even has a lemon law, and in most cases they only apply to new vehicles, and then carefully check the things you must do, and do them before you file.

You need to know what a lemon is first and foremost. A lemon is a new vehicle purchased that has a recurring problem 3 times. If this is what you have then go back to the dealership and return vehicle for a new one. If it is a used vehicle that you purchased..... Then try and reason with the dealership about what has happened to the vehicle and see if they might help you out.

Usually it is not considered a lemon until it has been in three times for the same problem or off road at dealer for 30 days. Hope this is better than "Make Lemonade"

Consult you local laws as to what they are involving lemons. In Texas, we have the 'lemon law' which protects against fraudulent auto purchases.

Oh, and make lemonade.

I assume you're talking about a car.
If it's from a dealer, park it near the lot with a big sign "I bought this lemon here."
