Sure. You take your sword and bash it on a rock until it breaks. Then you cut one part of it with the other. While you are doing this, it's best to say in a high pitched, creepy voice, " You are cutting yourself! " , over and over. Or, if you don't wish to anthropomorphize the sword, say, " It is cutting itself! "
Then, go and do the dishes! NOW! GET off your @$$

Sure. Write the word "itself" on a sheet of paper, or on another tangible medium, and then use the sword to cut it.

If its already broken into multiple pieces then it can. That is to say the blade, if removed from the handle, can probably cut the handle if the latter is made of a softer material.
Yeah... you might possibly have intended it as a silly question, but some silly questions can be answered sensibly.

In order to meet its designed function, it must interact.
However, on its own it makes a nice fashion accessory, a dandy reflecting sun-catcher, a decent piece of wall-art. In a set they can become wind-chimes or garden stakes.
