remember silk is a vegetable milk.. well a legume milk.
if it works then do it. one must practise how to cook with silk.
i am.. and it started out real bad.. but now it's working out just takes some finess.
try it... can't hurt.. besides buy more cheese just in case you screw up!

Add milk or cream. Try adding an egg and butter and a spoon full of flour to make a cheesy sauce. I sometime add a jar of sun-dried tomato and cheese sauce. Bake until it's golden brown. Don't just melt the cheese over the mac. If you are using a box mix make the sauce in a pan... add the egg and a butter add it to the cooked mac.

Add the milk! Skim milk is healthier then the full milk anyways.

Don't use silk (soymilk) for mac & cheese. That will really ruin it.

I don't think it will taste good but I don't think you can use just the cheese. It will make it dry.
