He looks at you a lot. He smiles at you. He likes hanging out with you. The basics. If you really can't tell, just go up to him and ask. There's nothing wrong with that.

I am getting sick and tired of this.
"how do I know if a guy likes me?" That is retarded. Get a backbone.
If you like him, walk up to him, and say it. The worst that can happen is he will say no, but at least he can respect you as a person rather than a quivering mass without a spine.

they always have to be next to you they smile when you walk in the room and stare at you. They'll try to get your attention no matter what even if it takes dropping something on the floor so you can pick it up.

Well big clues are: he smiles at you, you "bump into him" a lot, he looks at your mouth when you're talking (DEAD GIVEAWAY) he takes everything you say sincerely and doesn't say anything nasty even if you look like a weirdo to the rest of the class.

You catch him looking at you. If he has your number he will call you often. If you know each other well enough he will be touchy-feely with you. He will look for any reason to strike up a conversation with you.
