I have a question, my mother is a permanent resident of USA, she is going on a cruise from texas to Jamaica and Mexico- does she requires Jamaica or Mexico Visa? Please help.

She just need her "green card" and passport. I took a cruise to Jamaica and Mexico sailing from Miami, 2 years ago and I just need that. Be awere they are going to keep the card and passport until the day before ending the cruise.

If she is a US Citizen, then no. But starting Jan 8th 2007 passports will be required for both destinations.
