This is an exellent question! I have pondered it many times. I envision a USA where English remains the primary language it has historically been. I envision a USA where every CITIZEN has access to affordable health care, because it's not being given away to those who break the law to come here. I envision a country with cultural diversity which includes legal immigrants from all nations and is not dominated by our empoverished, desperate neighbors. I envision a USA which doesn't have Spanish subtitles on everything while the French, Asian, German and other immigrants struggle to learn English. I envision a USA that doesn't give free food via the WIC program to anyone who pleads poverty just because they are here. I hope for a country that sends people home when they try to assert rights they don't have legally by flying the flag of the nation they fled from to get here illegally. I envision a USA where my legally documented Hispanic friends are no longer stigmatized by the illegal aliens simply because they have the same heritage. Republicans have had 6 years to make these visions come true but they have not done it. Neither have the Democrats. So I envision an Independent president who cares more about our country that furthering his own cause on a path to wealth.

I hope there will be no issues about illegal immigration because of the institution of electric fences running across the border. Maybe our country will prosper because all the poor illegals who drain our economy are replaced with middle or upper class skilled workers who buy things HERE and do not send all their money home so they can get welfare.
