Yes God reveals himself in many ways. Look out your window. do you see God. If you don't your not looking hard enough. God is revealed in nature. God Made you. God reveals himself in differnt ways to people. He may reveal himself as a friend,or an elderly person in a nursing home. God knows when it's our time to go. Yes people who passed away are in heaven only if they accepted Jesus as there savior. I can't answer that. no one can only God the father can not even the son of God can. When it is our time we will go. Through death or the second comming, which ever comes first.

God reveals himself through prayer, and through other people. To be absent from the body is to present with the Lord. If they died a believe yes they are in heaven. Only God knows our appointed time.

God does reveal Himself to us through the Bible.
God knows when each perosn will die as He holds the power of our next breath.
There are many many people in heven right now.
God will call you home when it is your time to go. He allows you to live and no other has the power of life or death but God.

We worship by faith, not by sight.
God has the ability to see events before they happen, but he does not always. He has given us the gift of free will. And just because he can see and know everything before they happen doesn't mean that he always does it. Just like an individual that is gifted at singing. Just because the individual has the talent does not mean that they sing at every single second.
There are a few individuals who are in heaven, but theyre aren't just lounging around in bliss doing nothing. The bible speaks of individuals being brought to heaven to co rule and govern the with Jesus.
And I'm not sure what you meant by home.
