i have the problem of losing not gaining....i wish i had your problem cause i love to eat

Eat all of the healthy food you can find. There are also many good weight gainers on the market. They have a good amount of protein and a lot of calories. Mix them with whole milk for even more calories. Limit your cardio as well, as it is still good for your health but you don't need to be burning extra calories. This also all depends on how old you are. I'm assuming your late teens to early twenties. If you're younger, you should definitely talk to your pediatrician.

exercise, eat more to try to slow your metabolism, and try weight gainers.....You can buy them at any GNC (usually in malls) and make juicers or milkshakes with them. Or you can buy them in pill form.

eat fast food and take a nap after you eat! also eat at night alot!
