Nice matchup. I say Floyd by decision. Floyd had good hand speed and a good left hook and i think he would beat Spinks to the punch as Spinks tries to land the big right hand. Spinks had decent boxing skills as he showed against Qawi, but i think Patterson's speed would be the difference in this fight.

Spinks because Patterson was just too small. Too bad Patterson didn't fight as a light heavy weight. He would have been undefeated. Of course the big money was in the heavy weight category so you couldn't blame him for his decision.
