I've heard hemorrhoid and shea butter work for your under eye darkness? But which one works better so I don't have to spend my money on both?

Preparation H reduces puffiness. I don't think it does anything for darkness.

Shea butter usually works better, its much better for the under-eye area, coco butter can cause irritation to sensitive eye area.

Use a concealer that is close to your natural skin or foundation color instead
