He is everything to me so all of the above and many many more. He's what I want my life to be. I'm trying every day to become like Him.

I would have to say all of the above and so much more. As in any releationship you go through different phases as your life changes. And a relationship with Jesus takes that to a new and wonderful level. Often time when I think of Christ the song "I Can Only Imagine" comes into my head. If your not familier with it you'll love it. It is so easy to be totally awestruck and amazed at the sacrifice that Chirst made for us. It's a very humbling experience to realize that He paid a price for us that we can never possibly repay. The best we can do is praise and worship His holy name as we strive to live a life that will make Him proud of us. My relationship with Christ will hopefully prompt the phrase "well done, good and faithful servant" when I finally meet Him in heavan.

Was never Master and Slave.
Started as a friendship (In my youth)
Developed into a partnership (Protestant years)
Now a passionate love affair (Catholic)
I do not follow God because I feel I have to anymore, but because for the first time, because I really WANT to.
I used to go to church out of obligation, now I look forward to it.
Much happier in all aspects of my life now as well.
Peace!

A close love affair. I made a private vow 2 years ago and hope some day to profess the evangelical councils.

The closest relationships I have ever experienced has been with my brother Phillip who was instrumental in bringing me into the fold, that was way back in 1973 when I was a soldier in the USArmy/Infantry. He was killed four years ago by a drunk driver. Then there was my Dad who went from being my Dad to my trusted friend before he passed away from lungcancer five years ago. And most importantly the relationship I have with the beautiful and wonderful woman that God after 50 years of being single brought into my life to teach me the wonderful relationship of unconditional love that Christ shows to the church.
But above and beyond all these possibilities God has shown Himself to be that friend that is closer than a brother, more worthy of our love than a father and more intimate than a mate.
While all of your categories are shadows of what is possible, I do not think a word exists to fully declare the awesomeness of what He means to me.
He has brought me from the brink of death several times in my life and lifted me from the sorrow and depths of grief over the loss of loved ones, caused me to appreciate the simplicity of the good news of the gospel, seen me through a bout of cancer and renews His promise to be where I am every morning. What word dear sister in the Lord could we possibly find to encapsulate all that He is to those whose hearts belong to Him?
He is my everything...mighty God, everlasting Father, Wonderful counselor...Prince of Peace.

I think a mix of the first three with strong emphasis on the first. That's how He won me over, in a friendly way.

Someone I met in college but don't have much in common with anymore. I respect him and we've had some good times, but don't hang out much anymore.
