pimple sometimes itch because of the swelling they sometimes have and the stretching of the skin will cause the area to itch. read tips on treating acne and more on skincare on this site

Only during strenuous activities that causes me to sweat does it itch for me (severe). For the most part, it rarely is itchy. If it does itch, I recommend some good face moisturizer with SPF 15 :-).

Sometimes. I think it's when they're first starting too. I don't get it often, but when I do it's not too bad, and they're usually on my forehead. Any on my chin, nose or cheeks never itch. If it's a bad problem for you, you should try calamine lotion, and leave it on as you would with Poison Ivy.

Today one itches mildy. I went to rite aid though and got a cold sore cream. Hope it works!
