It seems people falsly accuse Christians of so many things, even to say that we are the terrorists. Don't you realize the enemy isn't the Christian, but the terrorists?

America in Iraq isn't the enemy who is killing innocent. It is the Islamic terrorist and / or insurgents with self righteous goals for Islam that is the murderer.

Innocent people are dieing before we went into Iraq by evil dictators, and they are still dieing because of the same evil. America isn't that evil. We are trying to right a wrong done to those in Iraq.

By the way, Christians are killed all the time today by false accusations, etc.. by evil dictators in North Korea, China, and Islamic countries.

Josephmarzen,

Love is never rude. I'm not rude at all if I pray for America. I am praying for America & other nations. And I pray that you come to God's Saving Grace.

Gypsy Muse, I am an extreme Christian. Meaning that I wont deny my Lord & Savior ever. But my Savior tells me to love God & others, so I or any extreme Christian wouldn't bomb anyone for the gospel sake.

National war is righteous to protect the people from the enemy, or protect the people from the enemy overtaking them.

Alulu, If those marine boys are found guilty for breaking the law, then they will be held accountable. That is justice. Likewise, when terrorist are found guilty of breaking the law, in a court, they will be held accountable. That is jail time, interrigation or death.

School assemblies even at college level have been protested against regarding Christians' prayers in public! However anyone may pray in quiet anywhere! The American military while chasing terrorists wound up in Iraq! So long as the terrorists keep coming to the Iraqi homeland and disrupting good government the US Military will stay!! Why not!? It is cheaper than chasing terrorists around the globe! It stopped being Jihad when the terrorists killed indiscriminately of collatoral injury, and used deception to gain entry to public facilities for the purpose of Guerilla war tactics! The Constitution does not include the terms "separation of church and state" as several liars have been quoted. www.Snopes.com

You don't read the news much do you? Nobody is opposed to you praying for America. Pray for whatever you want, just don't think that everybody else needs to pray or think like you. "The terrorists" is a catchy label given by Bush and the media to put a broad generalization to a small group of people. It is a propoganda mantra that has no real meaning. They might have well have just called them "the meanies" or "the bad guys". How can one solve a problem if you can't even identify the cause?

You can not assume that we are entirely innocent. Apparently you didn't hear about the Marines that gang-raped those women. There are two sides of every story, and when we start thinking that our country can't make any mistakes is when we will fall.

There are terrorist in every country and every religion, “extremist”. People can point their fingers at Iraq all they want but what about bombings done by Christian extremist? It seems like people have forgotten about those. It's easier to point fingers when it's not your religion and not your country.
If anyone every said all Christian's were terrorist I would disagree. Just as I would disagree that all Muslims or all people from Iraq are terrorist. There is a big difference between being religious and being a terrorist.

I think the American have a pretty good death toll in Iraq at present: throw in the civilians killed through sanctions, and you'll find that we have a pretty high number. And when you say insurgents... you do realize that it is a civil war and we have picked a side... To the other side, we are terrorists. The Yankees didn't just think that the Confederacy were a bunch of people fighting for their rightful self determination, you know...

Anyone who seeks to eclipse the bill of rights and threatens my freedom and the freedom of my fellow americans is our enemy. Anyone who says that people cannot pray to whatever they wish falls into this category.

Unfortunately, this category also includes some christians. Although there is nothing wrong with praying to god for america, it is wrong for anyone to insist (i.e. legally require) that all americans pray to any particular god for anything.

Tolerance is required for non-theocracies like america to function.

I don't agree that people are against Christians praying for the US.

But if you don't think innocent people are dying as a direct result of our invasion of Iraq, then you need to wake up and smell what you are shoveling.
