I am a Christian and Pakistani. Christians are in minority and not a developed community. I want to initiate an NGO for youth development work. I want to work for all youth, but I want to give importance to Christian youth. Is it alright? Or I should change my plan and work for general youth: Muslim, Christian, Hindu etc.

it all depends what you mean by "giving importance", if you are a good role model, young people will tend to want to be like you. the important thing is not, in my opinion, your religion, but your ethics; i personnaly have found that religious groups can be elitist and righteous; this does not allow for the flexibility of mind you do need to do sustainable youth work.

This is a question that you should ask to GOD and try to find time to reflect if it is time for you to heed Gods commands. I sense you are a good natured person. - That's a plus! Don't worry too much aboutwhat you should prioritize. God will take care of everything including all your concerns. So better - go ahead - follow your hearts calling. God works through the hearts of men... While the Devil moves in our minds. The question you asked is something to do with your faculty of reason... Stick with your fauculties of emotions. God is constantly knocking in your heart. PErhaps - you are destined to lead the youth who might be astray. Ask for right guidance and God will show you the way. The straight path.

God Bless You! and Peace be upon you!

If you are drawn to this sort of work, you are being called. Go with what your heart tells you. Either one will give you a wonderful, but unique, experience. If you feel that you can serve Christian youth better becuase of your own faith then that is what you should be doing.

Peace.

You have to love them all, but I'd say that God's favour is through the Lord Jesus anyway. So what ever you do, God's will is to prosper those who obey him.

I've a few more theories ;)
