Positive re-enforcement. Most girls like when guys make noise or other suggestions that they're into it during sex. Just make more...errr...happy noises when she's performin oral on you. Then she'll feel more confident that she's doing it well, and will be more likely to do it.

If this is her first time experiencing oral (giving or receiving) it can be tough to get used to for a while. Not every girl is just comfortable right off being so intimate. I would try to talk to her about it and make sure she knows that you love her. If she trusts the person she's with it might make it easier. You could say that you two will take it slow. Try it out, but the minute she feels too uncomfortable to continue have her say so and both of you stop. Respecting how she feels and not pressuring her will make her love you more as a partner and want to please you. Baby steps is the key. Every time you two try she will probably feel more comfortable going a little further. Give it time, everything will fall into place. Good luck :)

Don't worry about her not giving you oral. Why don't you perform oral on her? I like that a lot better than having my girlfriend performing oral on me. So many girls don't even know how to do it right anyways.

If she's only your girlfriend, you really should wait until you're married. But either way, you need to talk to her about it. Communicate clearly. Also be respectful toward her and don't push her into anything she doesn't want to do. You'd be surprised what clear communication, respect, and a wedding ring will get you.

Don't force the issue, just give things time to develop. In a case like this, you need to decide what's important to you, but keep in mind what's important to her. Sensitivity is always indicated when dealing with women, it's the right thing to do, and she'll love you for it.

From the small sampling of women that I've discussed this with, I think her cultural-religious up-bringing has a lot to do with it. So, if you can still be happy with her, deal with it. Maybe one day she will be more comfortable with it, but don't count on it. If you can't do without it, you should move on.

I was nervous when my boyfriend asked that of me. Give her some time to think, when you want to move into that again... go very slow, and be extreamly gentle. it'll pay off in the end!

talk about it with her! how old is she....under 25?....yeah you'll have a hard time winning her over....over 25, get someone new if you need it cause she may never change. ...catholics have a lot of sexual beleifs...many of them endorse pleasing your SPOUSE...she maybe uncomfortable in the first place cause you guys are not married and having sex ....good luck.
