I only see this girl once a week @ church. I haven't talked to her a lot because we are both very shy around each other. How do I keep her interested in me until I get to know her better. We are in college and don't use e-mail and myspace much. I just don't want her to think I don't like her. I'm really trying hard to talk to her, but I'm having a hard time.

I know it's difficult to approach someone you like, but SOMEONE has to make the first move. You can smile and say hello each time you see her and that will make her notice you. OR you can write her a really nice letter and just give it to her. Maybe she has a boyfriend. I hope you get to meet her.

There's no formula (of which I'm aware) that could make a woman remain interested in you if you see her only once a week. But then again, there's no formula (of which I'm aware) that will guarantee you'll maintain the interest of a woman if you see her every day or any number of times a week.

Perhaps you could ask her on a Sunday morning if she'd like to go to lunch after the service and/or perhaps after the service the following week, then she'd have something to look forward to all week which would make it more likely that she'll think of you during the 'in between' time.

Be sincere; be brief; be seated. If I’m going to speak ten minutes, I need a week for preparation; if fifteen minutes, three days; if half an hour, two days; if an hour, I am ready now. Live like it's heaven on earth and speak from the heart to be heard. Love like you'll never get hurt, dance like there's nobody watching, and sing like there's nobody listening. It's better to regret something you have done than something you haven't done. Small opportunities are often the beginning of great enterprises.
