It is very possible. I've lost 35 pounds since July 15, 2006. I have a pastor friend who has lost 15 pounds in 15 days. We are both using Stack Body Tune Up weight loss system and Advanced Cell Therapy energy drink.

If I can be of further assistance, let me know.

It depends on your height and the weight you are at right now. I would think that it is possible. I have lost 15 pounds since July. I lost seven pounds quickly and then the other weight has been slow. Now it seems that it is maybe a pound or two a week. But since I am 5'1 15 pounds is a lot of weight for me.

I hope that you reach your weightloss goal.

I suggest staying away from the junk and try to eat less. I eat smaller meals and drink lots of water. Plus light exercise every other day.

Absolutely. You might think about trying The Movie Star Diet. I lost 50 pounds with it after only five months, and I couldn't be happier. I've tried a lot of different diets (Atkins, South Beach, and Weight Watchers, etc.) and none of them worked anywhere near as well as this one. It's definitely worth a shot if you really want to see a difference in a short time.

Yep, and that's a perfectly healthy goal too! If you were to ask if it's possible to lose 20 pounds by the end of the month, I would've told you to go somewhere that's not gonna be pretty....New York alleyways at 3am. What'd you think I was gonna say? Hell?

If, you develop muscles in your limbs you will be able to burn calories faster. Try mixing a bit of weightlifting with cardio so your body can be strengthen as a whole not just weaker. Before you specify losing weight imagine what your body might look like taking height and # weight in consideration. You can eat less of sugary products and cut down on carbohydrates. Do not completely cutoff carbs my friend you could faint.

You can but it not advisable. The recommended rate is not to exceed two pounds a month, but, no one follow it. To lose that much weight in that short time frame is bordering on dangerous. Think about it. Shoot for ten. You will feel good about yourself with ten.

Hi Little Red!

Yes it is; if you stay on it.

To do so, I would suggest you keep your calories to no more than 1500 per day and stay active. I have more ideas to help you but they are beyond the scope of your question so I will leave them out.

I believe this answers your question, but if not, you may email me.

Good luck on your diet and fitness goals!

Yes yes... Go on a low gi (glycemic index) diet. It does not limit you to only eating meat, but still lets you eat carbs that don't make you fat. It works. I used it. lost ten pounds in two weeks, but after that it goes a little slower, but it still works. Good luck.
