I met this guy 6months ago he didnt tell me that he had a 5year relationship . 6months down the line , he is so perfect for me he has given me so much but I dont know if we have a future ?

I think you have a future with him as long things are going smoothly between the two of you. You don't need to beat the amount of time that he had with his other girlfriend, although you would probably get to know each other a lot better before you decided to marry or something to the effect.

Well there are times if we don't ask the correct questions we don't get told the correct answers. Obviously at this very momeant you two don't have any future since he is already in a relationship. Maybe you two are just ment to be good friends and nothing more.

You need to end it because no matter how perfect he is when he is with you, he still lied to you from the first day you met him and continued that lie everyday since then. If he cant be honest with you and faithful, what do you have to base a relationship on? Find someone who loves you and ONLY you. You will be better off.

Do you mean he currently still HAS one or that he dated someone for 5 years before you? My boyfriend had a girlfriend of 7 years before we started dating- and we've been together now for 6. Time means nothing. If he still has her and he's been dating you on the side, LEAVE. Don't waste your time or your self-respect.
