I'm a college student I called this girl last wendsday to ask her to hang out but she was on the other line so I said I would call back I went home thursday An I didn't call her why I was at home because I though that would be lame today is monday should I still call

You said you'd call her, how can you ask if you should?
It would have been nice if you'd called her earlier, but the longer you wait to call her the more difficult it will be, the more time you'll have to convince yourself that too much time has past and that it's no longer appropriate to call.
What's the very worst that can happen if you do as you said you would and call? She might be busy again. She might not want to talk to you. On the other hand she might be very pleased that you called her. Particularly if you have a suggestion for spending time together. Call her and ask her to do something with you, have coffee, go for a walk, see a movie, go to a museum or whatever you think the two of you would enjoy doing together.
If the worst thing happens and she refuses or won't speak with you at least you won't be wondering what you should do and you can get on with filling your social calendar with other activities.

Yeah. If you said you'd call you'd better. She's probably waiting for you to. The only reason she missed your call was because she was already on the phone. That doesn't mean she doesn't want to talk to you. She's could be cursing the fact that she was on the other line. Call her and don't be a wuss!

if you want to hang out with her why not just call her and if she is on the other line sahe might not want to talk to you i'm just saying that is some of the stuff that we do
