When I was 14, my mom made a family membership at Golds Gym. Maybe you can see if your family would be interested in a gym in your area. If not you can jus go running in your neighborhood, or do some situps in your room. Anything thats physical!
Good Luck!

Depending on what you want to do (treadmill, weights, pilotes), you might be able to work out at home, run around your block, ride a bike, or find a local gym if you have the funds and transportation to do that.

I don't know what your specifically wanting to do or work out. However, just getting outside and doing an activity or playing a sport with friends will help you to stay in shape.

It helps to have a friend who works at a gym. You can usually work it out that parental accompaniment can get you in to health clubs with higher age limits. You can also work out in a park, get free weights and exercise videos for your home, join a sports team if affordable, or yoga/pilates classes specifically aimed at teens. Or try karate -- it's awesome.

At 14 you need to be careful not to damage your growth plates by improperly exercising. You could end up with one limb that stops growing.

There are health clubs that offer family memberships. So you could check into that. Or get involved in a sport at school that is good exercise. Also walking is good.
