I like Polydactyl cats, those are the ones that have 6-7 toes on either the front two paws back two paws, or all four paws. They're soooo laid back I drape mine over my neck sometimes and he rides that way until i stop long enough for him to jump down.
They are the perfect cats for kids cuz they can carry them anywhere and the cat won't care.

It is called a Chantilly or Tiffany(goes by either name). They have a plumed tail, mitted feet, and tuffed ears. They will also "talk" to you. I had one and some asshole ran over it. I loved him so much and everyone that saw him always said, "what a beautiful cat." They are a long haired cat and it is very difficult to find any info about them in books or on the internet.

Maine Coons. They are just like dogs, they greet you at the door when you get home and want to see you. They always want to be around you and some of them even fetch a toy and bring it back (on their terms of course!) Some of the males get up to about 25 pounds but they are gentle as can be and give kisses!

Siamese. They are frisky, a little stuck up, but freakin' hillarious! They can entertain themselves with their own shadows! They will play for hours and hardly ever stop.
