Second option: Make available information on what she is getting into.

Perhaps she hasn't dealt with large groups of children before. Perhaps she isn't aware that there will likely be friction between herself and this man's children. Perhaps she isn't aware that this man will necessarily be dividing his time between her, his children, and whatever life he manages to have (or not have) elsewhere. Once she is aware of the ramifications of her decision, you can let her make it with a clean conscience. Maybe she'll decide that the difficulties are not worth the relationship.
