If you already have it, Microsoft Word already has a resume template. Just go into Word, on the menu click File, then click new. In the box select the Other Documents tab. Select the type of resume you want, click ok. Then you can fill in your own information. Or you can click the Resume Wizard and it will take you through each step one by one.

On the File menu, click New.

Double-click Résumé Wizard.
Follow the steps in the wizard.

What version of Word are you using - The one that came out in the late ninety's had very good resume writer. Haven't used one on latter editions. You need to dig deep on sub-menu-es to find them. Sorry forget best way to get there.
