You do not know if the picture is legal. As was stated already, the website is supposed to keep age verification and signed permission forms on file for each model. However you, as a visitor to their site, have no way of knowing if they comply with the law.
If the person in the photo is obviously a child, you know it has to be illegal and you can be prosecuted for even visiting the site. The browser saves photos in the cache, so you will be in possession of child pornography.

Some of the sites you are inquiring about may be perfectly legal. On the other hand, others are so scandalous that the agencies that govern them can't tell if their pics are always legal. There is no way to know unless you are in their shoes.

Who cares, The site is responsible for making sure that the models are of legal age. "YOU" never know for sure. So don't sweat it.. . . Unless the girl is like 5 or some schnit. then it's just common sense. and you should report them to http://www.asacp.com

They are required to verify ages.There are certificates stored by each site, or adult production company.

by knowing what is illegal... if the pic shows children engaging in the activities then it is illegal, if it shows adults, it is legal....
If in doubt, throw it out...
