There may be other things going on, is she stressed out? Do you help her out around the home? Also if you keep pestering her about having sex it is just going to turn her off more. Spend time with her with no sex involved, treat her like a friend and it may all come back. (Not tonight - but eventually).
P.S. Are you doing something in the cot she just does not like? You would have to ask her - outside of the bedroom of course.

Hi - What a situation you are in.....
Well there could be several reasons as to why this has happened. BUT if you want to save your marriage you will sit down with her and ask.
Don't put any pressure on her but just ask??? Be prepared for good or bad news and try not to react badly if it isn't what you want to hear.
Sometimes women and men just loose interest for a while but it could also be a sign that your marriage is in trouble or that your wife may be ill with something like "Depression".

Ask her she may be too tired with the pressure of work and bringing up the children we do slow down with age
