Our careless in obeying traffic rules during driving and using the public roads in a improperway is the reason for the accidents.
Then the Police and other vehile controlling departments (RTO) are also another cause for these accidents.

We are not parking the vehicles in specified places. We are not keeping traffic rules during driving. in experienced driving. Lethergic behaviour.

Issuance of driving licence without proper verification and deviating the rules.

You are quite right and the points raised by you are very important.

I would like to add the following, which, the drivers do not take seriously. It is ROAD RAGE... while driving we, most of the time are in haste and want to reach the destination as early as possible. In fact, every body, especially in prime times… 9am and 5pm onwards, everybody use to rush for his or her destination. It results in a real race where everybody wants to overtake others.

Here is the ignition point when we go short tempered and pickup quarrel and even fight with other drivers. Instances are there when people brandish guns and shoot other drivers at point blank range.

You are probably correct in 'negligence in following traffic rules and laws' as being a major cause. Police carelessness is not part of it.

Just see in ur past and think about how many times u break the law. And whenever u caught breaking the law u always try to do corruption u don't want to pay actual fine. M i right
Its the position in India all talks about rules and regulation and when they have to follow it they try to escape from it.

[a] unawareness of area compatibility management, and
[b] non-implementation of area compatibility management tools
