I believe your question is would it be against the law for someone to do those things to an illegal alien, since the illegal "doesn't belong here". If that's not it, then ignore my response.
Yes, it's against the law, and it properly should be. They may be illegal aliens - and I'm all for seeing them deported - but they're still human beings. Just because they're breaking the law doesn't mean they don't deserve the protection of the law. If it did, then I'd be in serious trouble every time I went over the speed limit.
Which, of course, I never do, hah hah. That's just a, umm, a hypothetical example. Yeah. That's it.

You know how to post here, but can't figure how to look up laws? Do you know how many laws there are out there? There is a reason we have these experts, called lawyers that take YEARS to train. Even they specialize in a particular area of the law. The truth is simple, most laws are pretty common sense and you would have to be pretty ignorant to violate them. Most people who work in a certain profession, usually know the related laws pretty well. Do people violate laws mistakenly, sure, that's why anytime you make certain transactions, you should ALWAYS consult an attorney. You seem to think that there is some entitlement coming to you for the government to tell you about the laws in some sort of one on one classes. You admit you are too lazy to do any research yourself, even when the lists you want printed are actually public documents that ARE posted in libraries, on the net and several other places. How much simpler can it be?

They have the human right to live. No you do not have the right to kill or rape someone just because they are illegal or doing something illegal unless they directly attack you. And you NEVER have the right to rape no matter what. Our government continues to protect those who dont follow the law as they would you if you did something illegal.

When faced with choosing good or evil, please choose to do good!
No one could condone become lawless because of failed politics. But history has examples of people who were forced to fight for their beliefs.........
