I met this guy on a trip and he gave me his number and we got kind of close there.then I came back and I called him and we saw eachother back home.after that he had to go to another city for his work. He didnt call for 2 weeks after our date and when he called he was complaining that why I have not called him and now one week has passed from that day and I want to call him but I cant think of anything to talk to him about

Just ask him
how his new place is,
how his new work is,
whether he has found new friends,
how is his place where he is staying,
how are the people at work,
how are the people near his place,
whether he is missing anything.
I think if he is complaining that you don't talk to him, then he must be a talkative guy and he will find something to have a conversation.
Just talk and if you don't have a topic, then tell him you have something important to do.
Call him now. He is a boy and boys don't care much about how much a girl talks

well ask him about what he has been doing, i mean the solution to being nervous, is having plenty of questions that will make the other person talk, and if your like me, I dont like to talk unless im under the influence of a mood enhancing substance, so you either have to do one of the above, let him talk or you talk a lot but u gotta get messed up first... or dont call, just meet him somewhere go do something...

You just gave lots of topics to talk to him about right here. Ask him how is work is. Ask him why he did not call you. Tell what is going on in your life. There is always topics. They all don't have to be about how much you like each other.

If you cant think of anything to say when you call him, then dont call him. If he asks why you havent called him, first explain that it is his place to call you and then tell him you didnt call because you didnt have anything you wanted to talk to him about.
