My fiance and I are trying to figure out what his rights may be as a father but of course there is not much information (that I can find) to assist him with this. I was wondering if anyone may know where to go?

If he is on the birth certificate he has parental rights. At least that is how I have understood it. If there is a custody battle or order for child support the courts would decide when he would get to see his child, etc. You could also contact a lawyer in Texas and get a free consultation about this.

males do not have any rights anywhere concerning children. Your wife can beat the kids, cheat on you and do drugs, and in most cases, she gets the house and kids and you get a big fat child support bill...good luck bud...you are gonna need it..
