Prayer, Fasting, Helping the ones in need, Reading, Glorifying God all mighty and Thanking God, Repenting for my sins, Making friends, SHaring what I know and what I have... these are the ways I get closer to God... but there are many more ways....

Praying in tongues, interceding for others, Involving God in everything you do like talking to Him at work when happy or stuck..making God your friend, when something happens instead of calling friends to share, you share with God....makes Him feel closer

I stay far away from religion. That makes me closer to God.

getting closer to God for me .. is getting closer to myself
knowing myself and loving all and everything about me
i believe we are parts of God and that in knowing ourself fully , we are knowing God without having to reach too far

reading the bible and praising God in song I love church and bible studys. prayer is a good way to talk to him.
