If you are using it for the first time now that there is a Nip in the Air ? Have you switched the Central Heating Switch on?

The Pump would be working because it also Heats your Hot Water doesn't it.

Have you got a Baxi Combi Boiler or is it a Back Boiler?

Hope this helps.

If it has a condensate trap i'd get that checked out. I have had two Baxi barcelona boilers, and the condensate trap melted frequently with no apparent danger signsreplaced about 5 in each and ended up with a new boiler each time, ie overheating warnings etc (get a Corgi engineer if in UK). COuld also be the ignition circuit - notorious on Baxis

If you can see or hear a spark in the combustion chamber, then it is a gas problem. Faulty gas valve?
If no spark then it is either fan or air pressure switch faulty.
