If I buy a straightener from ebay or somewhere else can I bring it to Trade Secret and get it replaced if its breaks? Even if i didnt buy it from Trade Secret? I read that somewhere but i dont believe them

If you buy Chi over the internet, there is no warranty on the product. I bought all of my Chis (two straightener and one curling iron) from ebay. They are all working after 2 1/2 years of constant usage.

i doubt it you may be able to contact the company but that would be about it or you can wait until christmas and say you received it as a christmas gift and you don't have a receipt and you might just be able to exchange it.
