Don't eat as much as you do...drink a lot of water and milk
Eat everything you like but in small portion...BRUSH YOUR TEETH...it's such a help, I do it all the time, you don't want to eat anything after brushing your teeth...the taste is yucky...anyway...have a fruit instead of a sugary sneak....
When you want to eat something you know it's bad for you...go take a walk...and kinda think why you need or want to eat it that special thing...and how much it means to you and your heath to stay fit....Get some pictures of you if were in fit or at least slimmer before and put it up on you fridge to keep you motivated or choose a picture of a model in a bathing suit...I did that too and buy the magazine SHAPE...they have great articles to people just like you that did it in healthy way but doing small things here and there that makes a huge difference by the end.
Good Luck!

Stop worrying.
Reduce the amounts you eat, never ignore a craving, and don't EVER let your weight tell you that you should be ashamed to walk down the street.
Never let your weight stop you from doing something, and you'll find yourself moving more. Eventually who knows?
Don't count calories, or fat, or blah blah blah. You are not stupid. You KNOW broccoli is better for you than a chocolate bar, so eat whack o' food that you know is good for you, and enjoy the treats for treats, not fillers.
You just have to relearn to 'hear' your body, figure out what it needs, rather than what it wants.
Weigh yourself once now. And don't go near the scale again for a week or more.
Set a goal for yourself, and away you go. Have fun, don't diet.

First find out what your ideal weight should be. There are web sites with charts to show you. Here is the first site that came up when I did a search: http://www.healthyroads.com/myHealth/Content/HealthAssessTools/IdealWeight/IdealWeight.asp
Next, set a reasonable goal for how much weight you would like to loose in a reasonable amount of time.
Take a look at what types of foods you are currently eating, see how many calories the food you eat contains. A good site to keep track of this is www.fitday.com. You can setup a free account there.
Next, find out how many calories you should consume in a day...here is a site which figures that out... http://www.caloriecontrol.org/calcalcs.html
If it turns out that you are consuming too many calories, then see what you can do about that. The easiest way is to cut out snacks in between meals. Another thing is to figure out if the foods you are eating are very dense in calories. For example, just a very small portion of fried chicken is equal to a very large salad (without heavy fatty dressing of course).
Another thing is to look at how much exercise you are getting. This is just as important. And, if you don't exercise much right now, you don't have to jump into a hardcore workout routine, you can start out small and work your way into a more intense routine.
Here is a quick list of things to try:
1) Cut out all fast food.
2) Drink only one thing...water!
3) Cut out anything fried.
4) Cut out anything with cheese.
5) Cut out anything with high amounts of sugar.
6) Cut out candy.
Follow that list and combined with exercise, you are virtually garanteed to loose weight. Most important of all, keep a good attitude and praise yourself for even small achievements! It doesn't happen overnight and it takes alot of self discipline to loose weight, but you can do it! Good luck!

You might think about trying The Movie Star Diet. I lost 50 pounds with it after only five months, and I couldn't be happier. I've tried a lot of different diets (Atkins, South Beach, and Weight Watchers, etc.) and none of them worked anywhere near as well as this one. It's definitely worth a shot if you really want to see a difference in a short time.

im assuming you mean Weight. And you should excersise and eat healthy/regularly and stay active. That is the best way. Diets dont really work and youll put the weight back on as soon as you stop the diet.
