Sounds like a minor disability, she still walks right ? I don't think I would give it a second thought. I would date her if all else was a go. If you are having second thoughts then maybe it bothers you. Don't dwell on it. Date her if you are interested. I know that I would.

Yes.

Since you say that she is smart, cute and nice. Why wouldn't you.You may never know she could turn out to be the girl of your dreams. Just because someone has a disability does not mean that they are undateable. Unless you are an insecure jackass that couldn't handle dating someone different. A relationship isnt based on what the outside of the person looks like, Yes physical attraction is important but the mental attraction is much more so. You can have a supermodel GF but she could be dumber then a doorknob with nothing to bring into a conversation and nothing to actually give to the relationship other then her looks. But some people are just that superficial that they wouldnt care.

Its up to you to decide if you want to ask her out. you have to decide what is important to you in a relationship, you shouldn't rely on what others have to say.

Well, say I was single...

I wouldn't not ask her out on account of a walking impairment. Whether we'd be long term compatible or not, I don't know, because I'm the outdoor/ sporty type and spend a lot of time hiking/ running/ cycling/ in the gym. I'm not saying a person with a disability couldn't do any of these things, but I know it's a tough ask for anyone to either keep up or just let me go off on my own. My other half kind of does a bit of both.

I must say that her disability would not hinder me from asking her out... That should not be a factor in how you might feel about her. If you like her and want to take her out why not give her a chance to prove to you that she is an OK gal.

Yes, you love the person for whom they are and not their disability. If you go with your heart, you can never be wrong. You can choose look, but over time it will dull and heart will always wins.

So she can't walk all the time, or at all? She's still this great person. I'd say ask her out. It would be worth it at least.

When my mom was 18 a drunk driver hit her car and paralyzed her from the waste down and my dad still asked her out and I bet he is glad he did he married her. I think you should defiantly ask her.

Of course! So she walks a bit funny, does not stop her having fun and enjoying EVERYTHING anybody else does. Why would anyone not want too?

If her disability doesn't matter to you, why should it matter at all? I think if you want to, you should go for it.
