So dont be sad. I bet your thighs are just fine. We women think that we have to have hard rock bodies. Well I have heard so many times that men love their wives, girlfiends or whom ever to be soft and curvy.
With that said you are probably like me and want the long fit leggy look. I am only 5'1 so I dont see that exactly happening for me.(laugh).
I got a personal trainer for a couple of months after my last child was born. The trainer had me do lunges and squats everyday. They are miserable to do. But I guess if they were easy they wouldnt work. The trick is to do them slow. Do not bounce like arobics. You want to have control and when you go down with every squat or lunge hold it at the bottom and go up slowly. Very productive if done correctly.

Wow, go to a registered dietician. They will give better advice than 99 percent of those advertisements out there. There are a lot of myths when it comes to losing weight, but it is about psychology, workingout (aero/aneorobic), and eating right.

The only way to lose the fat is by reducing your calories and increasing your aerobic exercise....when there isn't much fat left, then you can tone up the muscles with squats and lunges....but you have to lose the fat to see the muscles. Good luck to you.

Don't be sad...Unfortunately it takes time to lose weight but I know you will. Be positive--a positive attitude helps. What you can do is to start by taking walks--that always helps. Start with short walks then gradually increase it...Power walks are excellent and help you to burn the fat faster. All the best to you--remember, to think positively!

There is no trick for spot reduction, you would need to lower your overall bodyfat %, but the best exercise for the areas that you are discussing is lunges and/or walking lunges.

you need to have a balance of diet and exercise.(please consult a doctor before you start anything.)drinking fruit juices before a meal will reduce your appetite.

Yoga can help with that. A lot of yoga moves use the legs and can give them quite a work out.
